2-Year Limited Warranty

The short version: If a part stops working in the first 2 years, we send you a new one first. You don't wait for repairs.

How long it lasts

The warranty lasts 2 years from the day your order is delivered.

What it covers

It covers defects in materials and workmanship when you use the product at home as described in the instructions. This includes:

  • the EMBRA mat or bag, including its LEDs
  • the controller and the power adapter
  • the relief belt and the neck and shoulder wrap that came in your kit

How "replace first" works

  1. Contact us with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the problem.
  2. Once we have confirmed the problem, we ship you a new part or a new unit. You don't have to send the old one back first.
  3. If we need the old part back, we email you a prepaid return label. You don't pay for shipping.

We may replace only the part that failed (for example the controller). Replacements are new or equivalent to new. If a replacement isn't available, we offer you an equivalent product or a refund of the price you paid for the affected product.

What it doesn't cover

  • normal wear, like wear of the fabric or cosmetic marks that don't affect how it works
  • damage from accidents, drops, liquids, cuts or heat sources
  • use that doesn't follow the instructions, or use with a power adapter that didn't come with it
  • repairs or changes made by anyone other than us
  • goggles, packaging and lost or stolen items

Who can use it

The warranty is for the original buyer of a product bought on embrabody.com and delivered to an address in the United States.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranty is limited to the 2-year warranty period, to the extent the law allows. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.
